Don't be afraid to Run YOUR Own RACE…..

I know I mentioned this before..ASK for what you need with intentions to run your own race!

How you should go about running the race, from fueling, gear, training, regimens, diet, and so on. It can be exhausting but worth it!

On test day, I try to turn in early the night before. I also like to review my notes one more time before walking out the door! Listening to some upbeat tunes on the radio eases my mind and encourages me! I got this!!!

I've found my own pace, learned how to cheer myself on, ask for advice and lean on those who expect me to Win!!

The lesson here? Sure, you can listen to the advice of those around you (and you’ll find that people dole it out freely), but you certainly don’t have to take it. Ultimately, only you can know how you will run any particular race. It’s the same in life as in running. Learn to listen to, and trust, your own intuition. After all, nobody knows you better than you do.

See you at the finish line!
