Scripture: Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
Lord We Need Wisdom…….
As we read this week, the Bible tells us, we are not to lean on our own understanding. This can be especially hard in difficult times. When you are facing a situation where you don’t know what you should do, ask Him to give you His wisdom. It may help to speak with your Pastor or a trusted friend as well. Sometimes when we are all stressed out and “in our own minds” God will speak use others to help you see clearly. Other times he will speak to you directly. Trust and lean on Him this week.
Let Us Pray:
I thank you for loving us and forgive our sins each day. Lord, I pray you to reveal yourself to us. Give us your wisdom as to what we should do in every situation and strengthen us in obeying in what you ask of us. Show us the right path to travel and correct our ways if we choose to stray. Show us ways to show and spread your love to those around us. Clear our mind to receive crystal clear clarity when you speak. Help align our hearts and minds in their purest form to be an imitation of you. Thank you for answering all our prayers in your perfect timing with your perfect answer, even though we may not always understand. In your name, we pray.

Scripture: Romans 12:2
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."
Being In Alignment with God….
Our minds are bombarded by images, thoughts, opinions, and information every day. As we all know, what goes in is what comes out. Still, we can’t just totally shut ourselves off from society and the media. We all falter in our thoughts from time to time. In this situation, it is best to ask the Lord to align our minds with His.
Let's Us Pray:
As we entered into a new month we give you thanks for all you have done. This year had its bouts but you pulled us through. Now Lord as your grace be upon us we ask all these things in Jesus name;
To grow in you and have more of you in our lives.
For you to strengthen us in using our gifts and talents to glorify you.
